Introduction programmes are arranged at the following  locations around the country. An introduction programme can be over a single day or sometimes over a Saturday and Sunday depending on the location. The longer introductions can include the Six Continuing Sessions which are  six DVDs featuring Father Thomas Keating. These introductions are often over a number of evenings.

Contact the centre nearest to you for further details. If there is no centre near enough to you, one-off introductions can still be arranged to take place in your area if there is a suitable venue.
